Flight Booking Arrangements

FB1. Service Fee coverage

FB1.1 – I understand that the service fee is per passenger per booking arrangement. 
FB1.2 – I understand that booking for multiple passengers means I will be eligible for discounts.  advenCHErous, will provide a discount coupon that I will apply upon checkout. 
FB1.3 – I understand that a roundtrip flight arrangement is one booking only. Booking of departure and return flight separately with the same airlines is not allowed.
FB1.4 – I understand that once a flight booking arrangement (one-way or roundtrip) has been completed, any changes thereafter will incur additional charges.
FB1.5 – In case there is a need for refund. I understand that only the ticket cost will be refunded and that the service fee is non-refundable.

 

FB2. Charging of Flight Cost

FB2.1 – If I want to use my own credit card or debit card for flight booking. I will provide advenCHErous my credit card details via live call and in return they will provide me with a Non-Disclosure Agreement for both parties to fill-up sign and agree on.FB2.2 – If I want to make sure that I enter my own credit card details, I need to use a laptop or a desktop and install a team viewer. With this, they can assist me with the booking and I can fill up my own credit card details on my own without disclosing it to them. 
FB2.3 – If I wish to pay by cash, bank transfer, PayPal or GCASH, advenCHErous will provide me with a link to fill up as well as instructions on how I can pay for my flight booking. I understand that, this is a book and buy basis, therefore, I need to decide first on how to pay for my flight booking if I don’t have a credit card, so they can book and buy my ticket as I have requested.FB2.3.1 – If I requested to pay via advenCHErous’ credit/debit card, I am aware that I will be charged a credit card fee of 100 php per platform. Example:

FB2.3.1.1 – I want to book in AirAsia and in Cebu Pacific, these are two separate platforms and separate occasion, therefore I will be charged 100php per occasion or platform.

 

FB3. Booking Account

FB3.1 – If I have registered account in any airline services and if I want to use it for booking, I can simply ask advenCHErous to use it and I will provide my credentials including the username and password so they can facilitate booking of my ticket. As a result my booking will be reflected in my own airline account.  In return, they will provide me with a Non-Disclosure Agreement about all confidential information I will disclose to them.  Also, advenCHErous is not allowed to open my airline account without prior communication or permission from me after service has been completed. FB3.2 – If I don’t have a registered account or don’t wish to use my own account for flight booking, I can simply ask advenCHErous to use their account to book my tickets. I am aware that the booking will not be reflected in my account and is not searchable via the airline website. Instead, advenCHErous will provide me the copy of my plane ticket online via email and a screenshot via my preferred chat app.

 

FB4. Cancellations, Reschedule and Refund 

FB4.1 – In case my flight is cancelled or rescheduled and I don’t know what to do with it, I can simply ask advenCHErous for advice and they will simply respond to me free of charge as part of their after sales service inclusions. 
FB4.2 – If my flight has been cancelled or rescheduled, I will immediately notify advenCHErous.  If I decided to proceed with cancellation or refund of my tickets, I am aware that airline policy will apply in terms of reschedule, cancellations and especially for refunds. 
FB4.3 – If I decided to refund my ticket after an airline-made cancellation, I understand that the money will be returned via the mode of payment  I chose before.

FB4.3.1 – If I use my own credit/debit card for payment, I understand that the money will be returned to me via the same mode of payment within the duration the airline provided.
FB4.3.2 – If I paid by cash, bank transfer or G-Cash, advenCHErous, will refund me as soon as the money has been refunded to them as well.  They will also keep me updated of the process from time to time and I can also follow up to them calmly.
FB4.3.3 – If in case I made changes to my own flight schedule directly via the airline website without telling advenCHErous, I will not held them liable for my actions.

 

FB5. After Sales Service Support Inclusions

FB5.1 – Web check-in assistance
FB5.2 – Processing of flight cancellations/Refunds
FB5.3 – Processing of refund for unused tickets (Gov’t taxes can be refunded for unused tickets/flights. Specific airline policy applies.
FB5.4 – Processing of refund/travel fund. Specific airline policy applies.

Accommodation Arrangements

 

AA1. Service Fee coverage

 

A1.1 – I understand that the service fee is per passenger per booking arrangement. 
AA1.2 – I understand that booking for multiple passengers means I will be eligible for discounts. advenCHErous, will provide a discount coupon that I will apply upon checkout.
AA1.3 – I understand that, this single service is only good for booking a maximum of 3 separate premises (e.g. 3 different hostel bookings). I understand that booking 3 different premises in a different time frame is allowed. (e.g. I ask for a booking today for my 1 hostel, then I can ask advenCHErous again to book me the next day, or even while I’m on trip as long as I didn’t reach the maximum terms stated AA1.3)
AA1.4 – If I had a change of mind to book for another place, I only need to tell advenCHErous about it, and they will assist me for a maximum of 2 occasion for free even after the service has been completed.
AA1.5 – I understand that terms and conditions stated in AA1.3 and AA1.4 will terminate after my trip has ended.
AA1.6 – If I reached the maximum terms stated in AA1.3 and AA1.4, it will incur additional charges
AA1.7 – In case there is a need for refund. I understand that only the booking cost will be refunded and that the service fee is non-refundable.

 

AA2. Charging of Accommodation Cost


AA2.1 – If I want to use my own credit card or debit card for accommodation booking, I will provide advenCHErous my credit card details via live call and in return they will provide me with a Non-Disclosure Agreement for both parties to fill-up, sign and agree on.
AA2.2 – If I want to make sure that I enter my own credit card details, I need to use a laptop or a desktop and install a team viewer. With this, they can assist me with the booking and I can fill up my own credit card details on my own without disclosing it to them. 
AA2.3 – If I don’t have a credit/debit card or wish to pay by cash, bank transfer, PayPal or GCASH, advenCHErous will provide me with a link to fill up as well as instructions on how I can pay for my accommodation.

AA2.3.1 – If I requested to pay via advenCHErous’ credit/debit card, I am aware that I will be charged a credit card fee of 100 php per occasion or per platform. Example:

AA2.3.1.1 – Per platform – I want to book in Airbnb and in Agoda, these are two separate platforms, there I will be charged 100php.
AA2.3.1.2 – Per occasion – I want to book in Airbnb today, and tomorrow I decided that my final accommodation will still be in Airbnb, I will be charged another 100php

 

AA3. Booking Account

 AA3.1 – If I have registered account in any platform and if I want to use it for booking, I can simply ask advenCHErous to use it and I will provide my credentials including the username and password so they can facilitate booking of my ticket. As a result, my booking will be reflected in my own account.  In return, they will provide me with a Non-Disclosure Agreement about all confidential information I will disclose to them.  Also, advenCHErous is not allowed to open my account without prior communication or permission from me after service has been completed.

I am aware that the booking will not be reflected in my account. Instead, advenCHErous will provide me the copy of my booking confirmation online via email and via my preferred chat app.

 

AA4. Cancellations, Reschedule and Refund 

AA4.1 – In case my trip is cancelled or rescheduled and I don’t know what to do with it, I can simply ask advenCHErous for advice and they will simply respond to me free of charge as part of their after sales service inclusions. 
AA4.2 – If my trip has been cancelled or rescheduled, I will immediately notify advenCHErous.  If I decided to proceed with cancellation or refund of my accommodation, I am aware that specific platform policy will apply in terms of reschedule, cancellations and especially for refunds. 
AA4.3 – If I decided to process for a refund due to force majeure or premise-made cancellation, I understand that the money will be returned via the mode of payment  I chose beforehand.

AA4.3.1 – If I use my own credit/debit card for payment, I understand that the money will be returned to me via the same mode of payment within the duration the accommodation company provided.
AA4.3.2 – If I paid by cash, bank transfer or G-Cash/Pay Maya, advenCHErous, will refund me as soon as the money has been refunded to them as well.  They will also keep me updated of the process from time to time and I can also follow up to them calmly.
AA4.3.3 – If in case I made changes to my own accommodation schedule directly via their website without telling advenCHErous, I will not held them liable for my actions.

AA4.4 – I understand that incase I refund my ticket, only the ticket cost will be refunded and that the service fee is non-refundable.

 

AA5. After Sales Service Support Inclusions

AA5.1 – Rebooking/change of mind of accommodation up to 2x
AA5.2– Processing of cancellations/refunds
AA5.1 – Processing of refund. Specific accommodation company policy applies.

 

Visa Processing Assistance

VP1. Service Fee coverage
 

VP1.1 – I understand that the service fee is per individual. 
VP1.2 – I understand that booking for multiple people means I will be eligible for discounts.  advenCHErous, will provide a discount coupon that I will apply upon checkout. 
VP1.3 – I understand that this service fee is visa processing per country. Except for a cross country trip between Japan and South Korea, which can be process at once in the same travel agency, then the service fee already covers both.
VP1.4 – I am aware that this service already includes  advenCHErous’ transportation to and from the travel agency/embassy to facilitate my visa.

VP1.4.1 – Submission and claim of documents is already included in the service fee. If in case, the embassy/travel agency requires for a personal appearance, then I will comply and claim my documents personally.

VP1.5 – advenCHErous will recommend me the right timing of visa application to make sure that I can maximize the duration of my visa.
VP1.6 – I understand that I need to provide advenCHErous an authorization letter in order to officially facilitate my papers on my behalf.
VP1.7 – It is the sole responsibility of to keep me updated of the status of my visa application.  However, if online tracking is available, I can also check the status of my application online. 
VP1.8 – Printing of my documents needed for the visa requirements is also included in the service fee, I just need to send them a copy via email and send my passport to advenCHErous.
VP1.9 – I understand that the shipping cost of my documents shall be my sole responsibility and not included in the service fee.

 

VP2. Charging of Visa Processing Fee 

VP2.1 – I understand that the visa fee shall be paid in the embassy once documents are submitted. Therefore I need to pay the visa fee as soon as possible, otherwise my documents will not be processed.

 

VP3. Cancellations, Reschedule and Refund 

VP3.1 – In case my trip is cancelled or rescheduled and I don’t know what to do with it, I can simply ask advenCHErous for advice and they will simply respond to me free of charge as part of their after sales service inclusions. 
VP3.2 – If my trip has been cancelled regardless of reason, there will be no refund available for this.

 

VP4. Document Transport and Safety 

VP4.1 – It will be my sole discretion to choose to either send my documents via courier or via meet up with advenCHErous.

VP4.1.1 -If I choose to do it via meet-up, I will consider a half-way location and I have to keep in mind that they are located in Quezon City. I also need to communicate it to them beforehand for appointment and availability of schedule. In addition, advenCHErous will not charge me for any transportation cost incurred during the meet-up.

VP4.2 – I understand that transport of my documents particularly the passport has its own risk. Therefore, if I decided to send it to advenCHErous for delivery and it happen to lost its way even before it reach them, then I will not held them liable for lost and seek assistance with the courier service instead.
VP4.3 – I will only held advenCHErous liable if they lost my documents while it is under their responsibility, excluding when my documents are with the travel agency or the embassy.

 

AA5. After Sales Service Support Inclusions

AA5.1 – Relevant updates provided by the embassy or travel agency.
